Soledat, together with her husband, Chef Suleiman Al-Khawand, who is the presenter of several cooking programs, form a harmonious duo that creates delicious dishes with special touches.
For Ramadan, Solidat offers delicious Italian dishes, starting with caprese salad, Minestrone Napoli soup, and as an appetizer, she suggests Risotto with mushrooms, and the main course is Italian veal minion (Filet mignonci à l’italienne), to finish with a dessert tirami The famous and refreshing cup of Frappuccino.
Ingredients: 4 large tomatoes, 230 grams of mozzarella cheese, a few basil leaves, one avocado, two tablespoons of olive oil, one tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar.
Preparation: Wash basil and rough chop, peel avocado, mix with a little lemon juice and cut into cubes. Chop the tomatoes and cheese and describe the preferred way, and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
And avocado can be dispensed with.
Menestroni Neapolitan soup
Ingredients: 3 carrots, a large onion, 4 sticks of celery, a tablespoon of olive oil, a clove of garlic, 2 large potatoes, two tablespoons of condensed tomato paste, 400 grams of tomatoes, two liters of vegetable stock, 400 grams of beans, 140 grams of seashell pasta, half Rolled, 20 g parmesan cheese.
Preparation: Finely chop the onion, garlic and celery, and cut all vegetables into small squares (potatoes, tomatoes, carrots and cabbage).

Fillet calf minion
Italian-style veal filet mignon (Filet mignon farci à l’italienne), is the main course.
Ingredients: 1 kilo of beef fillet, 250 grams of dried tomatoes, 230 grams of mozzarella cheese, a bunch of fresh basil, 200 grams of smoked turkey slices, salt and spice to taste.
Preparation: Sprinkle salt and pepper on the piece of beef, fry it in a frying pan for 10 minutes, then bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
When it’s done, leave it outside the oven for 5 minutes.
The filling is prepared from fresh mozzarella cheese, dried tomatoes and fresh basil, and you can add a little pepper.
The meat is torn from the middle and the filling is placed inside it. Roll the fillet stuffed with smoked turkey slices well, put a cooking string around it and put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
When ripe, cut and decorate.
The Italian meal usually ends with a delicious tiramisu and a refreshing Frappuccino.
