Majed explained that the protesters in Iraq launched the “Iraqi National Step” campaign, which aims to transfer the protests to the Jordanian borders and from there to the Palestinian borders, in solidarity with the Palestinian people in their just cause.

For its part, the Doctors Syndicate in Iraq sent calls to 4 Arab and Palestinian parties to provide facilities for joining Iraqi volunteer doctors to treat the wounded and provide the necessary services in the Gaza Strip, which has been under constant Israeli bombardment for more than a week.
The Syndicate directed its statement, issued on Monday, to 4 parties, namely, the Arab Doctors Union, the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the Palestinian Medical Association and the Palestinian Red Crescent Society.
