For his part, the representative of Russia to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, announced that bilateral meetings had taken place between the Russian and Iranian delegations, following the meetings yesterday, Saturday.
China’s representative, Ambassador Won Kun, called for immediate work on drafting an agreement to lift US sanctions against Iran.
Iran has submitted a draft detailing the lifting of US sanctions in exchange for its return to compliance with the agreement.
Iranian state media yesterday quoted Iranian chief negotiator Abbas Araghchi as saying: “It seems that a new understanding has started to emerge, and there is an understanding between the two sides regarding the end goal, but the road is not easy, and there are serious differences. “
“We have reached a stage where a new text can be written that includes the lifting of sanctions and nuclear measures,” Araghchi added, noting that Tehran presented its written vision.
On the other hand, the International Atomic Energy Agency announced that it had verified that Iran had started enriching uranium at a rate of 60% at the Natanz plant, confirming what had previously announced by Iranian officials. Publicity

She indicated that the enrichment process was carried out using “IR4” and “IR6” centrifuges.
The head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Authority, Ali Akbar Salehi, announced earlier that Iran had obtained the first production of 60% enriched uranium at the Natanz nuclear facility, and he said that ‘it produces 9 grams of it every hour.
Tehran began increasing the level of uranium enrichment from 20 to 60 percent in response to an act of “sabotage” that targeted the Natanz installation, and it held Israel responsible.
Meanwhile, the Iranian military celebrated National Army Day on Sunday, exhibiting a range of industries and military equipment, in the presence of the Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Army and the heads of the naval forces, air and land.
A message was delivered by Iranian leader Ali Khamenei on this occasion, in which he confirmed that the army is fully prepared to perform its functions, and called for strengthening its forces as much as possible.
The army has deployed home-made defense systems, including the “Zulfiqar” system, “Martyr Majid” aerial anti-bass targets, winged (cruise) missiles and a group of drones.
